Jim and Michelle Telman moved to Uganda in 2012 and started serving in Mbira Baptist Church. Jim was ordained in 2016 and became the pastor about a year later. God called the Telmans to open Mbira Bible College with 25 faithful adult church members, as well as a Leadership Division with 14 young people training for future ministry roles. Mbira Baptist Church is planting 2 churches in other villages. Both are led by well-trained national leadership. God has enabled the Telmans to lead Grace Christian School into the future. The Nursery, Primary and Secondary schools currently have 475 students enrolled. Their next big fund raising project is going to be for a classroom block for an “A” Level High School. This is 11th and 12th grades. It will cost $40,000 to construct this addition. Please consider donating toward this exciting next step at the school.
